Western Blind Snake

The Western Blind snake, or Thread snake, is a slim snake that can grow to be 7-16 inches in length. They have a blunt head and tail. They prefer to burrow among plant roots and beneath rocks. These nocturnal snakes eat ants, beetles, and termites.
