Hellhole Trailhead
The Hellhole trailhead is located on private ground in the Kayenta development in Ivins, Utah and is open to use by responsible members of the public. Access to the trailhead can be gained from the St. George metropolitan area via Snow Canyon Parkway and Center Street in Ivins (or Sunset Boulevard- Santa Clara Boulevard-Old Hwy 91) to 400 West in Ivins. Visitors turn right on 400 West and travel north till the road becomes Taviawk Drive. Proceed north on Taviawk about 1 mile from the traffic circle at Center Street and park on the south side of the road in the concrete drain area (signed for visitors) above the wash. Only two vehicles are accommodated here. Any other visitors may find limited pullover parking along the road on the north side east of the wash. Follow the signs to drop down into the wash on the northwest side of the road and wash intersection. No other facilities are provided.
